CONDITIONS OF USE

Preamble :

These General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU) define the conditions under which users may access and use the website [sunsetevent.fr] (hereinafter the “Site”), as well as the services offered, in particular those related to wedding planning.

By accessing the Site and using the services offered, the user unreservedly accepts these GCU. If the user does not accept these conditions, he/she is invited not to use the Site.

1. Definitions :

User: refers to any individual or legal entity accessing the Site and using the services offered.
Service Provider: refers to the company or individual offering wedding planning services via the Site.
Service: refers to all the services offered by the Service Provider on the Site, such as sound systems, musical services or wedding decorations.

2. Access to the Site:
The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with Internet access. All costs associated with access to the Site (hardware, software, internet connection, etc.) are the responsibility of the User.

The Service Provider endeavors to maintain access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or other technical reasons without prior notice.

3. Use of the Site :
The User undertakes to use the Site and the services offered in a manner that complies with the laws in force and with these GCU.

The User is prohibited from:

Use the Site fraudulently or for illegal activities;
Divert the Site's functionalities for purposes that do not comply with the Service Provider's objectives;
Damage, deactivate, overload or deteriorate the Site or interfere with its operation.

4. Registration and user account:
Access to certain features of the Site may require the creation of a user account. When registering, the User undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of his/her login and password, and for all actions carried out via his/her account.

In the event of suspected fraudulent use of his account, the User undertakes to inform the Service Provider immediately.

5. Services:
The Site allows the User to consult the wedding services offered by the Service Provider, as well as to request a personalized quote.
The terms of each service (price, duration, content) are defined in a specific contract between the Service Provider and the User.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the services offered on the Site at any time, without affecting current contracts.

6. Terms of payment:
Rates for wedding services are available on request via the contact form or any other communication method defined by the Site. Payment for services is governed by the conditions defined in the contract signed between the Service Provider and the User.
Payment terms, deadlines and any penalties for late payment are specified in each service contract.

Sunset:Event accepts different types of payment for different services.For all custom decorations, payments are made in ESP or VIR only [PayPal is accepted if and only if the customer pays the money transfer fees]. For DJ services, payment is by VIR or ESP only. VAT is not recoverable and is not applicable as Sunset:Event is an Association.

7.Liability :
The Service Provider endeavours to provide up-to-date and accurate information on the Site. However, it does not guarantee that the content of the Site is free of errors or omissions.

The Service Provider cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site, from the impossibility of accessing it, or from decisions made by the User on the basis of information available on the Site.

8. Intellectual property :
The content of the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and videos, is protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of the content is prohibited, unless expressly authorized by the Service Provider.

9. Protection of personal data:
The Provider undertakes to protect the User's personal data in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).

Information collected via the Site is used exclusively for the management of User requests and for the purposes of performing services.

Users have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of their personal data by contacting the Service Provider at the following address: [event.sunsets@gmail.com].

10. Hypertext links :
The Site may contain links to external sites. The Service Provider accepts no responsibility for the content of these third-party sites, which are governed by their own terms of use.

11. Modification of the GCU :
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these GCU at any time. Changes will be binding on Users as soon as they are posted online. The User is invited to consult the GCU regularly in order to take note of any updates.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction:
These GCU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
